Quantified Risk Assessment
In March 2002, Mr. Andrew Johnston, a consultant engaged by the (then) Department of Marine and Natural Resources conducted an evaluation of the Quantified Risk Assessment and prepared a report on his evaluation of the Onshore Pipeline Design Code.
In 2005, a further independent review of the Quantified Risk Assessment was conducted by AEA Technology on behalf of the (then) Department of Marine and Natural Resources.
