On 12 November 2007, pursuant to Section 83(1) of the Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1992 and 2003, the Environmental Protection Agency granted an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) licence (Register No. P0738-01), subject to conditions, to SEPIL in respect of a proposed activity located at Bellanboy Bridge Gas Terminal, Bellagelly South, Co. Mayo.
