This Order prescribes the licence fees payable in respect of special local salmon fishing licences as respects licences issued or renewed for a period commencing on or after 1 January 2006.

This order prescribes the licence fees payable in respect of salmon rod ordinary fishing licences including the Foyle area extension licence issued in respect of a period commencing on or after 1 January 2006.

This regulation prescribes those Bodies and Organisations from which not more than 16 members of the National Salmon Commission can be appointed.
Inland Fisheries (Payment in Lieu of Prosecution) Regulations 2005 (No. 348 of 2005)
These regulations provide for a system of on-the-spot fines in the area of inland fisheries to be administered by the regional fisheries boards, in order to cater for new fisheries legislation. The form of notice of an on-the-spot fine is set out in the Schedule to the Regulations.
Control of Fishing for Salmon, Order 2005 (No. 72 of 2005)
This Order, which replaces the Control of Fishing for Salmon Order 1980 (as amended) and the Control of Fishing for Salmon by Drift Net (Kerry Fishery District) Order 1982 (as amended), authorises the issue of commercial salmon fishing licences by Regional Fisheries Boards and prescribes the criteria under which those licences may be issued. The Order also specifies the maximum numbers of commercial licences which may be issued by Regional Boards.
