Statutory Instruments - General

In accordance with the Fisheries Acts, click here for details of the Acts, the Minister may make Regulations for, among other things, the management of the inland fisheries resource and the setting of licence fees etc.

Statutory instruments and chronological tables of the statutes can be accessed on the Irish Statute Book website.

The Inland Fisheries Statutory Instruments are also available for each of the years 2003 - 2011 and can be accessed under the Statutory Instruments menu.
