In accordance with Section 57 of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010), click here for a copy of the Act, or any other Section of the Act the Minister may, at the request of IFI or on his or her own initiative, make such bye-laws as are in his or her opinion expedient for the more effectual government, management, protection and improvement of the fisheries of the State or any part of the State or in any fishery district.
