This review is welcome and timely given the actions of COMREG recently at only some radio stations adjacent to the 'north of Ireland'.

Maybe this review will encourage more pragmatic approach.

There is a constitutional challenge now mounted against COMREG's actions which should be factored into this review.

I would suspect that interested parties would appreciate a meeting on the discussion document!
