I refer to the review of radio licensing and I note that the minister is seeking to develop a more diverse and innovative radio landscape. He is also committed to facilitating special interest stations. There is a gap in the radio landscape at present for those who are Christian in their beliefs and outlook and who desire a radio station which will cater to them.

I would encourage the minister and his department to consider the needs of this large special interest group in his review.
