You sign up to receive updates when a section is updated on the DCMNR site, you can select which sections to subscribe to via your profile by checking the check box beside the section name.
When a page in your subscribed section is updated or a new page is added you will receive an email informing you, this email is sent every night at around 11pm.
You can easily unsubscribe from the service via your profile at any time by un-checking the check box.

Why do I find myself returning to the log-in screen after a period of time?
For security reasons the session you can remain in your profile without any activity is 20 minutes, you will be sent to the log-in screen after this period has expired.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the log-in screen you will find a link titled "I forgot my password" by clicking on this allows you to enter the email address you signed up with, an email will be sent to that email address with the password.
