The Handbook on Oil Supply Contingency Measures

The inaugural HANDBOOK on OIL SUPPLY DISRUPTION CONTINGENCY MEASURES will be published on the Departmental website shortly.

The recent enactment of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 requires the making of a number of Ministerial Orders. A number of these Orders will be relevant to the content of the Handbook. In this context, publication of the Handbook has been delayed for a short time in order that the published text will reflect the most up to date legal position.
