Review of the Electricity Sector in Ireland: Consultation process

The Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources has appointed Deloitte and Touche to undertake a detailed review of the electricity sector in Ireland. This will include a comprehensive study of the ESB’s structure and its position in the sector

As part of the review, Deloitte are carrying out a consultation process with interested parties. For more details please consult the Deloitte website. Submissions can also be make through the Deloitte website from 29th June to 1st August 2005 (www.deloitte.com/ie/electricityreview )

The final report is expected to be delivered to the Minister by the end of 2005.
