I, Mary O'Rourke, T.D., Minister for Public Enterprise, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Gas (Interim) (Regulation) Act 2002 (No. 10 of 2002), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Gas (Interim) (Regulation) Act 2002 (Appointed Day) Order 2002.
2. The 30th day of April 2002 is appointed as the appointed day for the purposes of the Gas (Interim) (Regulation) Act 2002 (No. 10 of 2002).
