a) why are S.W.R.F.B issuing on the spot fines of €130 on the river Bandon on behalf of fishing clubs and private individuals. Regarding this matter I would like to see all fishing rights (if any) that your office was shown concerning the River Bandon fishing clubs proven in law.
b) who owns the fish in the river Bandon. Is it the clubs or is it the State. The 3 fish species concerned being salmon, sea trout and brown trout.
c) are we all entitled to fish the river Bandon under these bye laws as long as we respect these byelaws.

Re the demolition of a protected structure known as the South Hailing Station, corner of Sir John Rogerson's Quay and Brittan Quay.
1) All correspondence with any party relating to the maintenance, repair and demolition of the South Hailing Station
2) All reports, architects drawings and certificates obtained by you relating to the said structure
3) All applications made to or by you to any Planing Authority Government Department, Dublin Docklands Authority, Dublin Port Authority, Department of the Marine or any other Government organisation relating to the maintenance, repair and eventual demolition of said structure
4) All applications received or made by you in relation to the site or subsequent development of the site of said structure
5) All correspondence with all third parties relating to the South Hailing Station, together with the date of the cessation of use of the said Station as an operating station
6) Details of all expenditure incurred on the South Hailing Station in terms of repairs or maintenance work carried out by you
7) The names and addresses of the parties who demolished the South Hailing Station and the same for the parties who gave instructions for its demolition. Also, the date and time of the demolition of the South Hailing Station
