Customer Service

The Department is committed to maintaining and improving its commitment to, and delivery of, the highest standards of quality customer service. This commitment is reflected in the Department's Statement of Strategy 2008 - 2010,  Towards 2016 Action Plan and in our Customer Charter.

Strategic Change Unit is responsible for Quality Customer Service in the Department. We have prepared guidelines for our customers on our complaints and appeals procedures. If you require any clarification on these procedures or if you have any queries relaing to the services we provide to our customers please contact the Department's Customer Service personnel (contact details below).
