Staff Development
Our mission in the Staff Development Unit (SDU) is to provide staff with thte opportunity, resources and support for continuous business and personal development and in so doing to facilitate the achievement of the Department's goals. To this end, our new training programme reflects the identified needs of the Department.
We embrace the statement that staff is our greatest asset and acknowledge that, in this period of accelerated change, training is no longer a choice but a necessary part of how we develop as individuals and as an organisation. We believe that when properly delivered training is an investment and not a cost.
