The Department is currently holding a public consultation on Principles of Spectrum Policy
The Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources invites interested parties to submit their views on the consultation paper on spectrum policy, see link below. The responses received will assist the Department in the development of policy in this area.

Submissions are invited from interested parties by email or by post.
The following should be noted when responding:
The Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources may publish responses received.
Responses may be subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1997 and the Freedom of Information (Amendment) Act 2003.
When responding, respondents should state whether they are responding as individuals or representing the views of an organisation. If responding on behalf of an organisation, it should be made clear which organisation is being represented.
