Management Service Entity
E-net were appointed in July 2004 to manage and operate the completed MANs on an open-access basis, in accordance with an extensive Code of Practice drafted by the Department of Communications , Marine and Natural Resources .
The role of E-net is to manage, maintain, market and operate the MANs on behalf of the state .
It operates as a wholesaler of access to the Networks , and offers a suite of products, including ducting, sub-ducting, dark fibre, high level managed capicity, co-location facilities, and ancillliary services related to the provision of services .
