Q.  Who do I contact in regard to issues with the quality or level of services provided by cable or satellite operators?


A.  The first point of contact should be with your cable or satellite operator in order to express your dissatisfaction and to have any problems either remedied or explained to you. The operator is best placed to resolve the complaint or query in the most efficient manner possible.

In the event that the Cable or Satellite Company does not deal with this matter to your satisfaction a complaint may be lodged with The National Consumer Agency (NCA).
