Raidió Teilifís Éireann Networks Limited (RTÉNL) is a communication network operator in Ireland which distributes and transmits the programme services of RTÉ Radio and Television, TV3, TG4, and Today FM. They also provide transmission services to a number of local and regional radio broadcasters.

The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) was established on October 1st 2009, as an independent regulator for radio and television broadcasters in Ireland.

The Contract Awards Committee (BAI) is responsible for licensing independent broadcasting services, monitoring and developing codes/rules in relation to programming and advertising standards.

The Compliance Committee (BAI) is responsible for all complaints concerning Radio and TV broadcasters licensed in Ireland.
